Hauptberuflich bin ich als IT-Experte in einem Kinderzeitschriftenverlag tätig, privat glücklicher Vater zweier toller Töchter und hier Betreiber einer Webseite, auf der ich vom täglichen Kampf gegen meine Schmerzen im Nacken und Rücken berichte. In den letzten Jahren habe ich viele Probleme mit meinem Körper aushalten müssen, konnte aber durch intensive Beschäftigung mit dem Thema viel Wissen aufbauen, das leider die meisten Mediziner mir nicht bieten konnten.
Letzten Endes habe ich Schmerzen weitestgehend aus meinem Leben verbannen können. Um anderen Leidgenossen zu helfen, gebe ich hier einen umfassenden medizinischen Überblick und meine Erfahrungen über Schmerzen vieler Art weiter und empfehle so manches Buch oder Produkt, welche mir im Kampf gegen die Schmerzen geholfen haben.
